Automotive - General Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage, train and supervise a staff of sales representatives
• Must have a professional management style that sets the example for enthusiasm, productivity and accountability.
• Holding staff accountable for attendance, job performance.
• Accountable for monthly sales and finance objectives.
• Must maintain a clean and attractive dealership/lot at all times.
• Must maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and positive survey scores.

Qualifications

• Must have previous automotive sales management experience, 3+ years
• The ideal candidate is a strong closer – highly experienced at making deals, and can demonstrate past success.
• Must have computer competency, knowledge and experience using inventory management software and other industry tools
• Adherence to all State and local laws, and Company policies
• High level of character and integrity
• Professional, well-groomed appearance
